Too many to list. Everyone will know LoTR, Conan and such, but here are just a few of the more obscure and/or under referenced:
Ladyhawke
Hearts and Armor
Brotherhood of the Wolf
Flesh and Blood
Warlock (the first one only)
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Excalibur

Bwhah. Army of Darkness = awesome answer.
As for me.. euh, I don't know. I don't watch a lot of movies, but Scrapped Princess was an awesome Medieval/Fantasy series.

It is perhaps one of my all-time favorite movies. It's even based off a true story! It's too bad they didn't go with the alternate opening, but I can see the reasoning for changing it.

Anyone remember Legend? I also enjoyed Gladiator (another Ridley flick), the Harry Potter series (so what!), Adventures of Baron Munchausen and I had a surprisingly good time with Excalibur.

All of the above are great! I won't repeat them though...

2. A Knight's Tale (cuz it is so damn funny)
